🧨 What’s Happening?
After running into persistent bugs, skeleton issues, and asset mismatches, we’ve decided to restart development of PRIMER from the ground up.
This isn’t a step backward — it’s a leap forward.
💡 Why the Rebuild?
- 🦴 Skeleton/animation issues caused major character and weapon desync
- 🔧 Project corruption made existing assets unstable
- 🧼 Starting fresh allows us to apply all the lessons learned
- ⚒️ We can now build better systems, cleaner logic, and more scalable maps
🚀 What’s Coming in the New Version

🗺️ New & Bigger Maps Completely redesigned environments built with scale, flow, and replayability in mind.

🔫 Polished Weapon System Improved recoil, reload animations, and aiming mechanics.

🧍 Better Character Rigging Fixed skeleton setup with full compatibility for first- and third-person views.

🎮 Performance Optimizations More efficient project structure = smoother gameplay on all hardware.

The new build (v1.0.6-b) is in pre-alpha, and we’ll be sharing early footage, screenshots, and test builds very soon.
